“When we build on our strengths and daily successes instead of focusing on failures we learn more.”

ABOUT STRENGTHS-BASED RELATIONSHIP WORK
I use a model of couples work that started when I used "strengths-based" therapy with clients. Over time I left therapy (because my clients don't need a diagnosis) but kept my focus on client's greatness.
Strengths-based means we center our work on your inner gifts, wisdom and resourcefulness and the strengths you bring to each other's lives. Rather than focusing only on shortcomings and weakness we amplify the greatness you share to help you overcome the challenges you're facing.
It works for me because I believe my clients are whole, capable, and resourceful. They are often high-achieving entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders who are simply stuck in a pattern they've outgrown. I love helping couples discover their strengths and develop them further.
This mindset leads us to greater awareness and empowerment and often creates longer lasting more sustainable change in relationships. If this growth-oriented mindset is for you, give me a call for a free consult. I'm happy to talk more about how it could help!
