ABOUT POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing and optimal functioning. IN it we focus on strengths, thriving and deep satisfaction.

When we focus our work on what makes life meaningful we shift the conversation toward deeper connection and authenticity instantly.

I've helped hundreds of couples apply the methods and principles of positive psychology in their daily lives.  It's been a true blessing to watch them cultivate shared joy and long-term success with these tools for happiness.

HOW POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY WORKS

Positive psychology is a part of all the work I do with relationships.  In any of the options below we'll start a shift toward greater happiness and shared joy.  Read more about each option below.

Annual Relationship Renewal - deep dive to learn your strengths and plan for growth- together

PreMarital or Pre-Commitment Work - lay a foundation for lasting love

Couples Coaching Package - 8 weeks to change the way you love

Online Group Coaching Community - A supportive group learning and growing healthier relationships together

Call me to see which option is best for you.

All work with me starts with a free consultation to determine the best course of action for you and your love.  These aren't sales calls, if we don't feel called to work together at the end of our chat I'll point you toward supportive resources.

“Happiness is about learning how to cultivate the mindset and behaviors that have been empirically proven to fuel greater success and fulfillment.”
